This is my response to Management of Grief from the point of Dr. Ranganathan during his visit to the Coast of Ireland to have a memorial of his wife.
"I overheard some people talking about swimming. I mentioned that you could survive this crash and swim to a little island off the coast and be safe. That's if If you were a good swimmer on that plane, you would be able to make it easily to safety. not give up hope and it's my job as a parent to make sure hope is still alive and be as positive as you can. It would be foolish to give up what has not been confirmedShaila mentioned her eldest son Vinod. I asked a few questions about him and learned he just turned 14 and was going to have a big birthday party thrown for him. I then progressed to the water with my shoes in my hand with my socks tucked in. I took out the squashed roses from my jacket pocket and plucked the petals off. I then threw them in the water. It was a sad moment. I started mourning a little and talked about my wife and how she loved pink roses. I always had to bring home a bouquet for her every friday to show my love.
